Web access Stuck Authenticating

Hello,

I have two virtual machines that are having issues authenticating, I have tried repairing, updating Laserfiche Server and also restarting the service and VM.

Please advise this issue is persistent!

Check your IIS binding host name, make sure it matches your SSL cert or leave it blank.

There was a bug in some older versions of Web Access where if an error occurred it was not reported to the user and the loading screen never went away.  If you open the debugging tools (F12) you'll see more information about what failed.  Support can help you with this.  Alternately, this issue should be fixed if you upgrade Web Access.
