too many http redirects

Hello, my client will be deploying LF Mobile and Forms to their users, who will be using iPads. He was testing a form with several database lookup fields (Customer Name, Location, Product Name and others). Upon hitting the submit button, this error occurred, "too many http redirects" . I was not able to find any info on the support site about it, and was wondering if anyone else had encountered this issue before I open a case. Here are their version numbers:

Application: 10.1.1.734

Laserfiche Mobile Server: 10.1.0.624

Laserfiche Server: 10.1.0.151

Laserfiche Forms: 10.1.0.559

Hi 

Does this happen if you do the same submission on the Safari browser on iPad, when you use the form directly in the web browser on iPad.

If it happens there, please refer to this article on Apple's support site to clean up the Preference setting for safari.

According to the client this does not happen when using Safari.

it might be bc of the capitalization issues we fixed for 9.2.1. when you add the Forms ulr in Mobile's config page, it needs to be [serveraddress]/Forms instead of [serversaddress]/forms

If you were already useing /Forms, would you please try delete the app and re-install it, because cache sometimes fails to be updated.

We have verified that the the capitalization is is correct, and had the user reinstall the application but no change. Should I open a case for this?
