LF Forms: Notification of task, multiple domains

asked on June 22, 2016

Hello, again!

We have 3 domains that are in need to connect to our LF Forms server. The LF servers are all in Domain A, along with the majority of the users.  It's a new server as we just started to use it, and there aren't any forms that are in full production (a few groups are testing). We ran into an issue yesterday to where if we attached a task to a user that was not in the primary domain, the notification would not be sent to the user in Domain B. Furthermore, the task would always take it's default route.

If a task was assigned to a user in Domain B, or C, and there was no default route, the task would auto-terminate.

If I changed the field "Active Directory domain controller" to look at Domain B, or C the task would pass successfully, but then everything would error out for Domain A.

I currently have Forms 9.2 in production, and 10.1 in dev.

Has anyone had any success in using Forms, with domain logons, and multiple domains?

Did you manage to get an answer to this? We have an issue very similar ourselves at the moment.

This might help.  Forms 10.2 supports entering multiple DC's into Forms configuration.  See the answers post below.
