Testing email settings in Forms Config, getting this message. I am trying to determine if there is more information I can provide the email team. Is this a failure to reach the email server, relay error, etc etc?

You can check the events log on the Forms server, it has detailed error message. If you are using Forms 9.2, the event logs are under Windows Logs, if you are using Forms 10 or above, the event logs are under Application and Services Log>LFForms.
