Steps for moving LFDS Database (only) to another SQL Server?

Are the steps below correct? 

  1. Detach the Licensing Site
  2. Detach the LFDS database 
  3. Restore the LFDS database
  4. Reattach the Licensing Site?

That should do it! The reattach of the licensing site will allow you to specify the new SQL server name and, if necessary, the new credentials.
