We recently upgraded to Laserfiche 10.1 with the help of our vendor. We also upgraded Laserfiche Web Access to 10. However, we have come across a problem. Our web client users get prompted to login twice when they browse to the Web Client address. The first prompt is a "Windows-type" authentication and then the 2nd prompt is the standard Laserfiche login screen.

My guess would be the IIS Level authentication on the file being requested.
Is Anonymous Authentication enabled for the WebAccess site?
1.) Open IIS
2.) Select the Site titled "Laserfiche" or whichever name applied to your WebAccess site
3.) Double Click Authentication
4.)
What is your desired behavior or how was it setup before?

You might see this if you've configured Web Access to automatically log in with Windows authentication, but that fails due to e.g. Kerberos setup. In that case, Web Access shows the user the normal login dialog. If you change the setting in the WA config, it should stop prompting the user for Windows credentials. If you want to get Win auth to work, take a look at one of the Kerberos whitepapers.
