Change view of Assigned tasks in LF Forms

Please check attached image. The case is I have a first user Secretary who is filling the form and submitting. Next it is assigned to Supervisor. When Supervisor is viewing the list of assigned tasks it shows "Secretary" then form name and then assigned to. I would like Form name on top, then Assigned to and then Assigned by. How can I change the order or display of this view?

Where it says Secretary is the name that was given to the User Task in Process Diagram. The second part underneath "Secretary" is the Instance Name that is assigned under the Publishing Options of the Forms Process.

I am not sure if  you could change the order of the names but you could definitely change what they say as Blake mentioned.
