General Database Error 9008

We are facing General Database Error 9008 and users are not able to connect to repository on facing this issue.  However, once we restart the service, users are able to connect for few more hours. Did anyone else face the same issue. I went through the other posts with same error .However could not find a similar case. 

 

I attached the errors that we are seeign on Application log

I am just guessing here. in the text file, i see couple of errors and all of them relate to sql, not laserfiche. it could be because of a wrong version or hardware issue or maybe network issue. 

for semaphore timeout.
