LFDS Error "The license block could not be found"

Hi All,

 

I'm getting the following errors in my event viewer under Directory Service-Server, when sync the users in LFDS, any idea's why this is happening.

The license block '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000' could not be found, or a request for the resource '9bba0d89-9a13-455f-ada9-83cf071d46b9' could not be fulfilled.

   at Laserfiche.LicenseManager.ADGS.ADGSModule.SynchronizeDatabase(Object data)

That error is thrown when the number of licenses needed to fulfill your synchronization rules is greater than the available licenses.

For example, if you are synchronizing the group "Laserfiche Licensed Users" which has 62 people, and you have 60 named user licenses, the synchronization will fail and throw these exceptions.

InsufficientLicensesException and the fact that license block is all zero, it seems like it couldn't find the correct license. try registering the license again.
