Hello,

In Laserfiche Desktop Client we have the ability to AutoFill one or a group of metadatas after configuring an external table with a parent Field.

That mean, when choosing a parent field, all fields related to the parent will be Auto Filled if we just have one value. My problem is that in WebAccess i have to select them manually even if we have only one value. (after selecting the parent field )

This work perfectly with the Desktop Client not with WebAccess.

The issue only occurs when setting fields at the time of document creation. SCR 145663 has been filed for this matter. The thread will be updated again when a fix is available.

Hi Ahmed,

What version are you using? I've tested this with Web Access version 10.1.0.203 and it behaves exactly the same as the full client, in that if the dynamic value only has 1 result, then it is automatically populated.

Hello Chris,

We have exactely the same version and strangely the AutoFill does not work when creating a document but works good when updating an other.
