We are working with the an  IT department on getting the servers for the full Laserfiche install of all your components They are asking us about High availability and redundancy.

Question on VM for various components and right sizing for the 600 Laserfiche users.

First, I’d suggest checking out the whitepaper on virtualizing Laserfiche products for general information when installing Laserfiche on a VM.  I’d also recommend checking out the whitepaper regarding running Laserfiche in a high availability environment.

Hello,

Kind of jumping in to this topic because this one is closest to what I'm looking for. Reviewed white papers and understood concept of the HA LF environment. However one question still unclear - how to upgrade LF in HA environment without putting system offline. Does that mean we have to create a duplicate of the DB, make an update on passive nodes and then switch nodes?
