I love the new(ish) feature that allows a field to be required only for one template.

What I'd love to see is an expansion of that option, to have a column that says "Read Only for this Template". I'd like to give users access to certain fields initially, but lock down those fields on later runs without having to resort to making a copy of the document and making up some process to allow them to only edit certain fields.
