Question

Disable "Don't Ask Me Again" in prompts?

asked on January 12, 2016

Hello,

Is there a way to disable the "Don't Ask me Again" option in LF's prompts? We do not want our users to be able to turn the prompts off as we find them helpful in preventing mistakes on the part of our users.

Thanks,

Darren

Hi Darren,

There isn't currently a way to do this, but this might be a good enhancement to settings lockdown. Are there certain prompts you are most interested in restricting?

Hi Justin,

I has suspected that was the case, and agree it would be a great enhancement to settings lockdown.  For the most part the prompts involving the deleting or moving of pages and documents are the ones  we are most concerned about. Our users sometimes rush and accidentally delete or move pages or documents, the prompt gives a moment of 'pause' which seems to help.

Thanks for your reply.

Hi Justin,

Are there any updates on this? I have a client who wants this option set for all staff so they are always prompted and the below screen shown when closing documents:

Is this possible?

Thank you
