What are you using Plus for? Publishing to removable media, the original use-case for Plus, seems anachronistic nowadays with the ubiquity of the Internet. Wouldn't you want to store the documents so that they're accessible over the web? If there's a market that requires fully offline, cold storage archival of data, I'd like to know why this is important and what the expectations are.

Plus has some performance and scalability problems because it wasn't coded to use a scalable database server like SQL Server. At the time of the last release, SQL Server couldn't be deployed embedded in an application without installing software on the host computer. A design goal of Plus was that no additional software on top of base Windows would be required. The downside is that the embedded database that we use doesn't scale as well as SQL Server.

Sometimes its publish to CD o DVD if its just a few info.

And sometimes its to removable media. But even if you paste the info to the hard drive of a pc the issues remains.
