Some Word documents won't open in iOS App

Hello, Hello!

We're having an issue across all of our iPads that has been going on a few months now. Essentially, some Word Docs will open in the app, others won't. No error, just won't pop up and open.

Apps are up to date, and server is on version 9.1 - would love any assistance or ideas to get this resolved!

Hello David,

1) Can you please upgrade the affected ipad mobile apps to the latest version? It should be on an Application version of 9.2.4

2) If upon updating to the latest mobile app still doesn't address it, please open a support case with your Reseller and we can go from there.

Hello David,

1) Is the issue consistent for the word documents? meaning do the ones that are able to be opened, open consistently across all the ipads? and the ones that do not open, not open across all the devices?

2) Does this only affect ipads?

3) When you log in, and go into Settings > Version, what are all the full versions listed there?

1) It's different for every device

2) iPads only, although that's all we use here!

3) Application - 9.2.2.494

Mobile Server - 9.1.0.62

LF Server - 9.1.0.413
