I'm trying to delete a Record Series and receiving the following error "Access denied. [9013] [9013]. I have admin rights and have checked any security tags that might be associated with that record series.

Was this working before? Did you just upgrade the repository? If so, from what version to what version?

I deleted another record series prior to one which won't delete.

We have not upgraded the repository. On version 9.1.1.486.

Could there be one or more specific records or record folders inside that record series that the user doesn't have rights to delete?

There are no records inside the record folders. I was able to delete those. Took the inherit rights away from the parent. Tried to delete with admin rights and still received the same error message.

So you were able to delete the individual records inside each of the record folders? Are you then able to delete the individual record folders? If that works, are you then able to delete the parent record series?

If there's still an issue, I'd suggest contacting your Laserfiche reseller to open a support case so the matter can be looked into further.
