Question

Question

social bpm - redirects to default website page.

asked on October 16, 2014

We have configured SocialBPM from the configuration page.

Directory Server is up and running for single sign-on with AD

When we navigate to the https://server/SocialBPM we get redirected to the default site webpage?

Has anyone else experienced this.

It seems like the security token service URL that you have configured may not be valid. Please note that the URL should be similar to

https://[LFDSMachine]/lfdssts

*Edit*

A support case had been opened and it was confirmed that after using the correct security token service URL, the issue was resolved.

Do you have other Web products installed? Do those get redirected to? If so, can you check if you have page redirection configured in IIS.

Yes we have web access and forms on the same web server (just a windows 2008 r2 server used as a web server) all other web sites work as expected.

The directory server is on a separate server

The laserfiche server is on another separate server as well.

Did you do a default install of Social BPM?
What URL shows in the browser when you open the Social BPM configuration?

Yes used default install, no issues during install.

https://server/SocialBPM when you go to site it has a long url.

What URL exactly? The URL for the configuration is different from the main site. Are you saying that they both go to the same page?
