Change it to your windows account then restart the service and test it again. I am assuming you are local admin of course.

Go to Import Agent and set the Import Agent logging level to "high" then try the import again?

Are the PDFs that you are importing in the same location as the Tiffs?

I have set logging level to high and tried again with the same result

Yes the PDFs are coming in from the same folder that I am attempting to import the Tiffs

After setting the logging level to "High" and reproducing the issue, open the Application log and get the text of the message shown there for Import Agent.  What does that say?

I realize that this might be stating the obvious, but have you made sure that tif is checked as a valid import file type?

There was an error executing the profile Conveyancing while importing the file "SKM_C364e14100920270.tif". (The file exists. )

If you use one of the LFSample tifs in the Client folder, does it work?

What is the path to the folder where you have the tif that Import agent uses?

What account does the Import Agent Service use?

Hi Greg!

Hope all is well down there!

I've seen this error before.

Have you re-started the machine since you installed IA?

IA requires a re-start after install otherwise sometimes you can get this error. smiley

Open windows services. At a command prompt > run services.msc.

Look for the Import Agent Service. Right click > properties > Log On tab.
