We have made some changes and played with some stuff but now would like it back to the original settings from conference.
If you remembered to set it to non-persistent before starting to play with it, you can simply shut it down and turn it back on.
If you did not change it to non-persistent at the beginning, then your changes have been saved and you need to download a fresh copy.
You can check its persistence state from the Player menu.
From there, the Hard Disk line will say whether it is persistent or non-persistent.
Well, if you did not originally snapshot the VM to get it back to original at a later date, you can always just remove the VM from your machine and redownload it from the Laserfiche Support site if you do not still have the zip file containing the VM.
