Will there be video of the various Courses this year at Empower 2014. I found that the PowerPoints etc. provided from previous Empower events did not have enough detailed notes available in the slides to be of much use.

You can view videos of all of our customer presentations here: http://ecm.laserfiche.com/success-2014/. They're also accessible from our YouTube page, but this gathers them all into one location for you, so you can browse, see what's there, and which ones you are interested in watching.

Hi Jerry,

We will have videos of our customer story classes! They'll be posted to the Support Site and the Laserfiche website after conference (give us time to get them up). However, the rest of our courses are not recorded.

I agree on the better recording options. I would recommend doing a live audio recording that goes along with the PowerPoint side show during the class. There is a lot of information not covered in the slides including questions. This would work well for the lab sessions as well.

Microsoft does this well with presentations/trainings they record.

Thanks. Perhaps the other courses that use the PowerPoint slides could include some more detailed information in the notes for each slide.

We were told that the Powerpoint presentations will be available for all. Is this somewhere in the Laserfiche support site?

We're going to start uploading the slides by the end of the week. All of the slides should be up by the end of next week. They'll be available on the Support Site as educational materials.

Thank you so much. We are looking forward to sharing all that we learned in the conference to the rest of the staff. The slides will be one of the main topics in our weekly meetings. You guys did an awesome job. Thanks again.
