Turn On Multi Factor Authentication for Client

I am using the Windows Client and would like to use the MFA.  I noticed if I turn on the MFA on my account, it will no longer allow me to use the Windows Client.  

How are these supposed to work?  

I am probably missing a step somewhere.

Manuel, I noticed you tagged this post as being related to Quick Fields. Are you asking about Quick Fields or the Windows Client?

Hi Blake,

Thank you for the response.  I was trying to figure out where do I turn on MFA in the Windows Client.  

I was talking to some of the Product Info staff at the booth yesterday and they mentioned that I am probably using an older version of the program and that is why I can't authenticate with MFA in the Windows Client.

Do you know where I can download it from?

Blake,

I upgraded my software to 11 and am still not able to Store the documents in the Repository.  

I get an error saying the username and password are incorrect.  I guess the question is, where does the user get prompted in Quickfields to authenticate with the MFA?
