Issue with the form preview in Laserfiche Forms

Good Morning,

I am having an issue when checking the 'Show submitted form' checkbox on the On Event Completion tab. The form processes to the next step, but the page hangs on 'Loading Copy of Submission' and never loads the form preview. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Kevin,

Is this issue only affecting one form? Meaning, if you create a new test business process and test form that only has one single line field for example, do you get the same behavior or does that form display fine on the "thank you" page after submission?

Assuming the issue is related to a specific form design, then you may want to contact your Laserfiche Solution Provider to get further assistance. You can use the Laserfiche Forms Support Checklist for a list of information to gather. If your Solution Provider needs further assistance, they can reach out to the Laserfiche Support team.

The issue has been resolved. We had a few firewall ports that were blocked. It is working now. Thank You,
