Good Morning, I am running Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 11.0.2311.50564. Do I need to update past this to fix the issue? How do I obtain the hotfix?

This issue was related to Laserfiche Answers, not Forms.

I'm getting a similar error. May be an issue with the CKEditor image uploader url configuration.

Error posting the file to /Questions/uploadimage?CKEditor=Body&CKEditorFuncNum=2&langCode=en Response status: 500

As a follow up to this, it seems like it may not be limited to the image uploader and it may be a broader issue with url paths.

I am also getting an error when attempting to edit an existing post.

This is the error from the browser console:

/questions/edit:1
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

@████████before you applied the hotfix, were you having issues producing the Document Preview on the On Event Completion page?
