Aspire Working with Laserfiche Forms 11 Certification Course Progress is NOT updating correctly!!

I am a new student in the Aspire Working with Laserfiche Forms 11 course and I'm having trouble getting the course sections to reflect the fact that I have already watched, interacted AND tested my knowledge. In the first section after the Introduction (Forms Inbox) I have watched the entire section four times and it still won't update to show that section is complete!! In my current section, the course refuses to acknowledge that I have in fact viewed the conclusion of the course and therefore will not show that the course is completed. The first chapter of the course shows a completed check box in the table of contents. Is there something I'm missing here? I'm getting VERY frustrated and wasting a lot of my employer's time. I tried calling the support line and I emailed aspire@laserfiche.com and I am getting no response. PLEASE HELP! 

I am already using Google Chrome as recommended.

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for this delayed response on Answers. 

We received your email to aspire@laserfiche.com on June 4th and responded with instructions to progress your course. We're also able to mark users complete who have viewed the course in its entirety, troubleshot, and are still unable to progress.

In the future, please continue to email aspire@laserfiche.com with any account or course issues.
