The COVID-19 Coronavirus has impacted Laserfiche users around the globe. Many of our customers, families, and friends have had their daily lives affected, especially around AIS headquarters in New York - the epicenter of the US outbreak. So we wanted to find a way we could help stop the spread. We have released a FREE Laserfiche Forms template open to the entire Laserfiche community so everyone can help mitigate this outbreak.

Our first template, a COVID-19 Self-Reporting Form, is designed to allow employees to report recent travel or symptoms of COVID-19 to their employer – a valuable tool to help organizations flatten the curve.  We want to extend a big thank you to our #FicheFriend Rick Nagy for the inspiration for this form!
