Feature Request: Enable/Disable Field Rules

This one is short and sweet. It would be nice to be able to enable/disable field rules like we can now do with Lookup Rules.

I like to have hidden fields visible while I'm testing or troubleshooting, and it would be great if I could just turn them off instead of changing them.

Enable/disable field rule is supported with new form designer in Forms 11 Update 3.

This feature is added to new form designer, it is now available in Laserfiche Cloud. For self-hosted Forms, it will come out with next Forms update which is targeted at end of this year.

Any idea if JavaScript support will be in the same update? So far we haven't been able to use the new designer primarily because it doesn't support custom JavaScript in self-hosted.

Hi Jason,

The self-hosted update is intended to contain the functionality added to the layout released on Laserfiche Cloud in the meantime, including the JS API. That would be the functionality covered here: Laserfiche Cloud January 2022.
