K2 and Nintex both have forms capabilities as well as BPM. If the prospect already has SharePoint then you should focus on the development time to create workflows from scratch, and point out that Laserfiche has a Business Process Library of pre-built forms & processes.

If the prospect doesn't have SharePoint, or hasn't deployed it yet, focus on the total cost of ownership, as Nintex/K2 can cost as much as Laserfiche, but only provide some of the functionality. Hope this helps!
