Audit trail shows users are being logged out of Laserfiche. However it doesn't appear to show the method of being logged off. Is there any way to see what the method of log off was, inactivity, network failure, forced/unforced, etc?

The situation is that we have a user log in, then a minute later they are logged out, then they log back in, then a minute later they are logged out. The user is asking why they are being auto logged out, and all I can see is that they are being logged out, but I can't tell them why. They are using Web Access, so I can't run a trace.
