Question

LF Client 9.2.1.562 Login Failure

asked on August 21, 2017

I have a Windows AD user that experiences a login error on a machine with a device license, but has no issues logging in using a different machine with a device license as well.

How can I get this person logged into the machine with the error?

The user was logging in before and just recently started experiencing the issue.

Plus other users on same machine aren't experiencing an issue

Here is the login error details:

Error Code: 9030

Error Message: Log in failed because the number of sessions has reached the licensed limit, or the user account has reached its session limit, or no named user license has been allocated to the user account. [9030]

Have you verified that the other users do not have personal licenses? It sounds like Laserfiche isn't picking up that the device has a license.

If that's the case, then the next thing I would check is to verify that the device information matches up with what was entered in the directory server.

That worked!  I deleted the device and re-added.  THANK YOU!
