Print documents from inside document view in WebAccess

Hello,

it seams that in WebAccess 10 the "Print Document" option is only available in the Folder Browser screen, and not in the Document Viewer screen (i.e. while having the document open).

This means that, when you find your document, you need to close it before being able to print it.

Even if it is not a very problematic issue, having the Print option from inside the document viewer would be better. Is this possible?

Hi,

In the top left corner of the Web Doc Viewer, you can click the <Document Name> drop-down and you should be able to print from there.

It will be in the document viewer toolbar in the upcoming version 10.3.

Is it possible to add a print button to the toolbar to save an extra step/click for users? The print button is an option in the Folder Browser, but it would make sense to have it as an option in the Document Viewer as well.
