Let me see if I am understanding you correctly.  You are doing a real-time process look up.  You are using the results of the look up to put metadata on the template.  You want to switch one of the template fields to a value from the OCR instead of from the database table?

Could you just not fill the field in the real-time process and then set up your document class to put the OCR value in the template?

If you want to include screenshots of your real-time process and of your fields on the document class I can see more.

please see attached file am defined real time and every thing is ok and i put the trigger run the process, when the document is proceed but when the user start the process the data not retrieve automatically the data retrieve only when i click in meta data field
