LF Connector not reading RMS screens from OSSI

OSSI is a leading provider of RMS solutions for Law Enforcement and it would be helpful to have the Connector be able to read screens from the application.  Right now the Connector sees only the full screen and not fields within the screen.  Suggestions?

Please fill out the Application Compatability Form with the logs generated by the test utility, we will investigate whether Connector should be able to read from the application.
