How to search all workflows

Hello,

Does anyone know of a way to search workflows (in the workflow designer) for a given text string? I know it is possible to search within a workflow; but I have over 100 workflows and would like to search across all of them. We are using 9.1. If this is not possible in 9.1, is it something I can do in 10.x?

The Designer can only search the Workflow definitions that are currently open.  Depending on how many workflows you have, you can open them all or open batches of them from the Workflow\View Workflows... menu.

If you need to search 100 workflows, another option is export all workflows and use something like TextPad to run a content search on the folder you've exported to. Windows can do the same search but I prefer TextPad.
