When you have Records that have hit their retention schedules, does the system alert you in some way? Or do you have to manually search for documents that need to be addressed via records searches and then manually take care of them?

Is there any type of alert via email or onscreen within the cloud system? We have a customer who wants to be able to set a future date to review contracts before they automatically renew.
