Laserfiche 10.2.1 Update 1 and Forms 10.2.1 Update 1 Released

Laserfiche is pleased to announce the release of Update 1 for Laserfiche 10.2.1 and Forms 10.2.1. Update 1 includes a variety of fixes and performance improvements for Laserfiche Server, Forms, Scanning, and Office Integration.

For new Laserfiche and Forms installations, download an updated installation package for Laserfiche Avante 10.2.1 in zip format or ISO format, or for Laserfiche Rio 10.2.1 in zip format or ISO format. The update will automatically be included when you install.

After installing this update, every form's Validation Settings were changed from No Validation to Validate User Input.

Was this by design? Or an unintentional bug?

"Validate user input" is the default level for new created form, there is no changes for the validation level for existing forms with 10.2.1 Update 1. And We are not able to reproduce the issue internally. If the issue does exist for you, can you open a support case with your VAR by providing more information such as how many forms get affected and can you provide a backup database before you apply the update 1?
