Signing form digitally

Forms Version 10

We need to create a form that needs to be signed by 2 persons.  The form will be developed in forms ver 10.

Do form (ver 10) allows digital sign?  If not, then how can we sign a form? Any suggestion.

Along with what Evan said, if the users will have Forms licenses, having them assigned a user task and simply clicking an Approve button is a form of a digital signature as well.

Forms does support signatures, using the signature field type.

 

It does support multiple signatures as well, either by putting multiple signature fields in the form, or by putting the signature field in a collection.  

 

If you are looking to do a signature pad, there are variety of JavaScripts through out the answers pages that you can reference.
