adding documents to a cut off folder

A client has found a few documents, that if they are to be properly filed, need to be added to a folder that has already been cut off. I'm having no luck finding specific information on this topic. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Hi Ed,

A cutoff record folder can be un-cutoff'd so long as no disposition actions such as transfer or destruction has occurred. Users with the 'Records Management' privilege can perform the action, the records can be added, and then the record folder can be re-cutoff'd. Since future eligibility is based on the record folder's cutoff eligibility and not cutoff date, this won't impact future eligibility.
