Error when forms tries to save to repository

asked on June 16, 2017 Show version history

I'm getting an error when forms tries to save a form to the repository.  I've checked to be sure there is no issue with LF or WF and there is not.  When I manually copy the form information into LF the WF runs as expected.  The errors are from the forms server.

The errors I get are listed in below and in the attachments.

Appreciate your ideas and expertise.

For your errors list:

1. Error 1 occurred when recycle FormsAppPool, it occurs if it slow to update the database when recycle FormsAppPool. It may affect download uploaded files when fill form. It is a known issue and will be fixed for future release.

2. Error 2 occurred when activate the setup.exe for Forms reported by Windows, it will not affect the functionality of Forms.

3. Error 3 occurred when the password for the built-in FormsUser$ is expired. What version of Forms are you using? This issue should has already be addressed since Forms 10.2.0. The workaround is go to User authentication tab for Forms config again, retype the password for the user configured for the repository and save again, it will auto generated another password for the built-in FormsUsers$

4. Error 4 occurred when save to repository, and the error can be occurred when there is external JS file referenced in the Form. Please check whether the save to repository can work with a simple form such as only has one field and whether there are some customized JavaScript on the problem.

Using forms 9.2.x

Forms without JS(simple forms) are not working either

I will check the user password and test; update with progress after testing.

Most recent message, used form with no JS; I'm concerned that this message references 'no network connection'; I don't think we've changed any ports.  Which port(s) would html==>pdf use?

Please double check the Primary Forms Server URL settings in Forms Configuration->Forms Server and make sure it is correctly configured, if you are using https, uncheck the "use SSL" first, then check it again and save and test again.

I redid the ssl on the forms server as suggested and it worked.  Now I need to complete getting ssl to work on the laserfiche.

Thank you for your assistance.
