We are excited to announce our next Laserfiche Cloud release on Saturday, May 20th, 2017. Below is a brief summary of the newest features you should look forward too.

Web Client Updates

Multi-Value Field Groups: Allows you to specify that multiple multi-value fields are related.

Repository Administration: The repository Administration page has been updated with a streamlined and responsive design.

Forms Updates

Updates Site Navigation: Forms Site header now links to all major pages in Forms. Choosing to view reports now guides you to select a process first. When working with the forms designer, you now have the ability to quickly navigate between process options, the process designer, and forms designer.

Landing Page: New landing pages make finding and viewing processes easier.

Braintree Payment Gateway Support: The Payment Collection options lets you collect payment via Braintree as part of a Message Start Event. Users will be prompted to enter payment information to pay the amount specified in the event.

Public Portal

                The introduction of ‘Public Portal’ will allow you to now share documents with people outside the organization, providing read-only access to specific documents without signing it.

Account Administration Updates

                Forms Portal: Cloud now offers additional billing plan options for Forms that allow non-authenticated users to view and submit public starting forms.

                Account Administration Rights updates: The rights assignment section on the user property page has been redesigned to more smoothly accommodate viewing and assigning rights. The new Account Control System rights allow user accounts to access Laserfiche Cloud Account Administration.

                Automatic Configuration lookup for AD FS configuration: To ease administration burden, the single sign-on configuration page now includes a Look up configuration button.
