I have a spanish form with a drop down menu all in spanish.  I have the second form a copy and in english for submission purposes.

The value chosen is being passed over but will remain in spanish.

Is there a way to convert the drop down values in the second form that will be saved?

Madre -> Mother

Padre -> Father

etc.
