Determined using the constraint \d{7,9} works and will use as a Work Around for now.

Thanks again for reporting these issues, and I apologize for any inconvenience they may be causing. We can reproduce this issue as well, and we've filed a bug report ( SCR156681 ). We'll look to fix the issue in a future release.

Hi William,

As an update, we fixed this issue in the recently released Web Client 10.2.1. Installing the latest version should resolve the problem.
