I have an opportunity to integrate LF Forms with an administrative process tracking WEB portal.
I need help finding out if is possible and how to implement the following customizations:
1 - The LF Forms sends the status or step of the business process to the WEB portal
For example:
"Waiting for the manager's approval" or
"There is a task to be completed," etc.
2- The "message status" inserted in the WEB portal is a link to open the forms in the LFForms
That is, by clicking the status of the message, the form (in LF Forms) is opened so that the right person makes the decision.
Note: the web portal app that will receive the status information and the links to open the forms was developed in Java.
