In the Web Client, I get the 'Error - item with the same key has already been added' error message when accessing the template of a document where some fields have been hidden using field securities.
I do not get any error when accessing the same template in the Desktop Client.
Scenario:
This is upgraded 10.2 environment.
Template security for the Everyone group was changed to set to 'blank' two fields that didn't need to appear on the template. These two fields, Doc Approver Email and Doc Owner Email have as their parent fields Approver and Document Owner. These four fields are dynamic fields coming from the Team Member table of my lookup database.
When accessing the template and hovering over either Approver or Document Owner I get the Error-item with the same key has already been added. It also removes the ability to see the full drop down in either the Approver or Document Owner fields.
Approver and Document Owner fields have as their parent the Employment Status field. Employment Status is set to default as 'Active' so that only titles of active team members show up in the drop down.
All of this works fine in the Desktop Client, but not in the Web Client. Looking for some advice since all but a handful of my users are on the Web Client.
