Armando,

Did you get an answer or resolution to this issue? I have a Client who is encountering the same error message when they login to the Laserfiche Directory Server?

Regards

Unfortunately, I was unable to fix it even after re-installing LFDS.

I ended up having to roll back the server and am very scared to change any settings on that screen ever again until the bug source is fixed.

For our Client, they were on Laserfiche 9.2.1 and did the following to resolve this issue:

  1. Upgraded to Laserfiche Server 9.2.1 SP 2 (Hotfix 1013893).
  2. Upgraded the Directory Server to 10.2.1
