Much thanks for posting these! I had a co-worker ask for the Tips n Tricks handout, which appears to be referenced in the PC110 slides but the link to the paper is returning as not found.

Thank you, Carl! I'm glad you enjoyed the Empower conference. I've reached out to the presenter (whose really glad your colleague enjoyed the class) and asked about the paper. She is aware that the link doesn't work and is actively working to get the help file person to update it ASAP.

The link to the zip archive does not appear for me - it says "sorry, no related articles found."
Hi Heather, please talk to your administrator to see if you have download permissions from the support site. If not, your administrator should grant you this role in order to view the zip archive.
I am the administrator so where do I double check those settings?
Heather, I get the same message when I go there ("sorry, no related articles found") but I have found that the download button that is just above those words will usually start the download for the article in question. Give it a try. It is very deceiving and someone should rework what shows up when you land on these pages, but.. I got all the ones I was looking for in the end.
Thanks for the tip but I don't see that button either. Maybe there is a security issue somewhere yet???
The related articles and download section should be fixed. Please try accessing the support site and refreshing the page.
Heather, do you know if there is a user admin for your organization? If not, I would recommend utilizing the "Live Chat" option (picture below) on the Support Site's home page to make a role request.

Hey Heather! You can request roles from your VAR Admin on Support Site from here https://support.laserfiche.com/requestroles/. Since you are the User Admin for your organization, I recommend requesting "User Admin" and "Live Support Chat Access". Once you have these Roles, you'll be able to grant other users in your organization roles and the Live Chat support Ryan mentioned above :)
Note that having the Live Support Chat Access role will still not allow access to live chat unless your organization has purchased Premium LSAP or a Rio system.
Also, do not use live Support chat to request Support Site roles; you should use the Request Roles link which Kevin mentioned.
