Empower 2017 - Power Point Downloads

I'm able to access the Power Point Downloads from the App, but will they also be posted to the support site?

Hi Cherie,

Yes; the presentations will eventually be available for download from the Support Site and there will probably be some kind of announcement when this is ready. Note too that there were many classes where slides were not available through the Empower App, but will be available from the Support Site.

It appears as if the presentations are available for download from here: https://support.laserfiche.com/search?q=Laserfiche&category=Resources&page=1&byDate=true

However, clicking the download link results in the message "You are unauthorized to download the file."

It would be nice if all the presentations and related lab files were available for download as a package instead of having to download each presentation individually.
