webaccess.laserfiche.com didn’t send any data.

Hi Sandy,

Are you using Laserfiche Cloud? I just signed in at signin.laserfiche.com and I was able to access my cloud account successfully.

webaccess.laserfiche.com works for me also.  Can you try another browser or another machine?  Sometimes that error can indicate a configuration problem in the browser.

If the issue seems only to occur in one browser (Chrome, from the description) you might try again in incognito mode to see if it still occurs without cookies, cache or any currently-running extensions/plug-ins.
