Hi All,

Think I'm going mad, but just to check...

One of our clients has just pointed this out to me and for the life of me I can't find the option on the new iOS mobile app to download an offline copy of a form? I can access forms I have downloaded previously, but can't download a new one from our forms server. You used to select the form from the online forms list, then click the options button and download it - but I can't see that options button anymore:

Am I just being a bit slow or has this option been replaced/omitted?

Hi Daniel,

Are you connecting to a 10.2 Forms Server?

For security purposes, since Forms 10.2, the process admin must select the Save form locally on the Laserfiche app devices option in Laserfiche Forms to allow forms or task to be saved locally.

Please see the attached screenshot. Basically you would enable the option mentioned above in your Forms designer process and for the starting events(or tasks if you wish to download them as well).
