We released some exciting new features recently we're thrilled to highlight below:

Account Administrators can now provide single sign-on to Laserfiche Cloud through Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS). Properly mapped user accounts will click a 'Sign in with AD FS' button on the sign-in page to sign in to Laserfiche Cloud without specifying an additional user name and password.

You can now use our Forms Business Process Library (BPL), a pre-built catalog, of automated processes to expedite activities such as new hire onboarding, expense reimbursement, document review and more. Learn more about the BPL here.

The Forms Operational Dashboard nows include more detailed information on user task distributions. View information like the top five users with the most assigned tasks for a process and quickly view a list of all tasks assigned to one of the users.  

You can now use the new Forms Performance Dashboard to view metrics on process instances started or finished over a specific time period. You can also break down instance duration by stages and view average duration of tasks within each stage, and drill down on task duration to see user completion times for specific tasks.
