1. See SQL documentation for moving databases. You'll want to stop services using the database to be moved (like the Laserfiche Server, Workflow, Audit Trail, etc.). You don't need to reconfigure any Laserfiche applications using the database (if you're not changing the name of the database during the move).
2. Audit log file settings can be found in the Laserfiche Admin Console. See documentation.
3.You can move Workflow's volume through its configuration wizard.

Sorry my question was misleading.
In fact, I would like to move database files (mdf & database log) for Workflow and the Audit Trail.
How do I move it from one drive to another on the same server?
Can I use the detach method, move the database files and re-attach the databases?
No configuration required in LaserFiche Workflow and Audit Trail?

That's correct. You'd want to stop the Workflow and Audit Trail services while you take the database down so they don't complain unnecessarily to the event log. Other than that, it doesn't matter where the SQL database are stored, as long as they have the same name and are on the same SQL server, neither Workflow nor Audit Trail requires reconfiguring.
Just detach, move and reattach the databases, then restart the services.
